Here is the final e-wall[paper

I selected this photo as my background.

This is another photo use for my e-wallpaper.

The photo is being rotated.

To make the photo look blur,
go to  "FIlter",select "Blur" then choose "Radial Blur"

Edit the setting.

The background looked blurred after being edit.

I apply "outer glow" effect on the photo.

The logo of MMU is put in.
